**About Us**:
Gintell established in the year 1996 and has been expanding its business and have distribution network of more than 130 outlets throughout Southeast Asia.
**Job responsibility**:
- Manage user access, office door access security, CCTV for Gintell's office and outlet.
- Keep the IT asset information up to date to Intranet.
- Source options and propose for the IT Purchase for purchase request.
- Update operation documentation into intranet for new and existing processes.
- To carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the management.
- Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Possess 1 year and above of working experience on IT, CCTV and door access (Securities products).
- Knowledge in PC/laptop/mobile phone configuration & troubleshooting, LAN / WAN / VPN Networks.
- Well verse in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess own transportation as light travelling may be required.
- Self-motivated, able to work under mínimal supervision and able to work within project timeline or ensure timely completion of task assigned.
- People oriented and team player.
**Working location: 9, Jalan Kip 3, Taman Perindustrian Kip, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor**
**Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm) & Saturday (9.00 am - 1.00 pm)**

**Experience**:
- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
