**Job Responsibilities**:

- Developing and preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Creating and testing new recipes and menu items.
- Decorating pastries and desserts to enhance their presentation.
- Overseeing the pastry kitchen, including managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Ensuring high standard of food safety and sanitation.
- Training and supervising pastry kitchen staff.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to create cohesive menus.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients.
- Creativity and attention to detail in pastry and dessert presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
