Maintanence Supervisor

MAINTANENCE SUPERVISOR
- To establish the preventive maintenance scheduling for all the machinery and equipments used in the GMP factory.
- To ensure that the operators operate the machinery according to the procedures and guidelines.
- To ensure that the lubricant and or materials used either as part of parts or as the operating ease provider meets according to GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) and according to the Malaysian Food Act and Regulation
- To establish the cleaning program scheduling, which should be implemented after every end of production run
- To establish the material and/or machinery spare-part inventory list, which is required to be updated from time to time to ensure the availability of the parts at all tire.
- To ensure that there is no leakages, which it will have a direct contact to the product.
- To ensure that there is no improper electrical wiring, which will be - hazardous to the machine operators and other factory personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist production on autonomous maintenance procedure,
- To assist production on machine commissioning and start up setting

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma Or Above in electrical
- Significant work experience relevant to specific industry often preferred
- Preferable skills in computer and Ms Excel
- Preferably experienced in IET'S operation

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
