**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth research across diverse sources in **Mandarin/ Chinese and English** languages to gather relevant data.
- Evaluate the credibility and relevancy of information obtained from different sources.
- Translate and synthesize data into comprehensive English reports while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze findings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in global markets to ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports.
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to enhance data collection and analysis processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Linguistics, International Relations, Data Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in multiple languages with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other language.
- Proven experience in research, data analysis, and report generation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing various research tools, databases, and analytical software
- **Can work from 4AM - 12NN- fixed schedule (Philippine Standard Time)**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in a similar role within a multinational or research-focused environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization and presentation tools.
- Advanced proficiency in two or more languages
