Nail Saloon Manager

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Have experience in nail salon manicure & pedicure preferably someone who has worked in this industry before.
- Overlook operations making sure things are smooth.
- Report to top management.
- Managing inventory.
- Managing team and maintaining beauty equipment.
- Process payments and maintaining records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports.
- To lead manicurists & nail designers in the team to achieve their goal. Bring the company to another level of achievements.
- Monitoring staff’s completion of continuing education requirement needed to maintain licensure.
- Resolving client complaints.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Additional certification in nail course is added advantage.
- At least 3 years work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role.
- Understand nail salon business operation.
- Good knowledge of nail industry.
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Positive thinkers & good leadership.
- Good observation, supervision and evaluation skills.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- General Computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
