Immediate Hiring Customer Service Executive

**Job Scope**:
- Handle high-volume inquiries efficiently.
- Provide information on products and services, demonstrating commitment to Customer Service.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customer data.
- Resolve difficult customer situations.
- Organize and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ensure good attendance and positive interactions with coworkers.
- Offer excellent service to exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to multitask and quickly acquire product knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in customer service and online chat.
- Self-starter with independent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, including spelling and grammar.
- Basic math skills.
- Minimum requirement: SPM (Malaysian Certificate of Education).
**OFFICE HOURS**:
- 5 working days + 2 days off (depending on shifts)
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive 1 hour a break)
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
