**Job Purpose **Key Responsibilities **
- Act as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders and influencer on all technology matters relating to CRM systems and related ecosystems.
- Pro-actively identify and address business challenges through recommendation and initiation of IT solutions and delivery.
- Lead and provide overall guidance and direction upon approval through post implementation review on all aspects of in-house and vendor driven development and enhancement projects.
- Provide program specification and development for all code changes for enhancement, maintenance and problem fixes
- Manage, plan, schedule and control software build and testing process through different development and enhancement stages and environments.
- Ensure that the relevant architecture and infrastructure are robust and stable for deployment and all releases are successfully deployed according to project plan and operational readiness.
- Manage and involve in the team’s end-to-end IT program and/or project delivery performance and quality from initiation, execution, monitoring to operations handover according to the agreed project scope, schedule, budget and quality.
- Provide management direction and guidance on technology governance processes, guidelines, project issues resolutions and risks mitigation, vendor management, etc.
- Manage and provide technical guidance for the production and maintenance support and ensure that all resolutions are within SLAs.
- Review and authorise system changes including data and production patching, TCP port reset, parameter and configuration changes prior to executing in production environment.
- Oversee all investigations of incidents including root cause and trend analyses and report the findings to the relevant teams within GT or vendor, where applicable, for permanent and sustainable corrective actions and solutions.
- Ensure that all technical and operational documentations are developed and available for relevant stakeholders and audits.
- Monitor, track and establish plans to address and drive closure of critical issues and defects within the project pipeline.
- Be the point of escalation and represent the unit in project and management committee meetings to present on the overall updates for project status, risks and production issues at the function and project levels.
- Participate in the identification and evaluation of new technological developments and gauging their appropriateness for the business to drive systems optimisation and improvement.
- Contribute to regional efforts to rationalise and consolidate IT resources and derive maximum benefits.
- Actively work with relevant teams within the unit, GT and where applicable, vendors, to review project data trends to identify impacts, risks, interfaces and inter-dependencies of various projects and propose alternatives or solutions and when needed, escalate to relevant project management committees for resolution.
- Actively conduct review with team members to monitor projects delivery progress, issues and risks associated with projects and provide guidance and direction for alternatives or solutions to meet and achieve the expected project deliverables.
- Mentor, motivate and develop team members by providing opportunities and skills development and fostering effective team work within the team and cross capabilities to achieve a high-level of performance, integration and consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- (Basic Degree/Diploma etc) _
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline- Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements- Certification in PMP, SCRUM Master, PRINCE2 and/or Agile
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (preferred)
- Relevant Work Experience- Minimum 15 years in IT management, process, change or business analysis role with minimum 5 years of management experience in strategic planning, client management or business relationship role in large service or vendor based organisation or established banks/ financial institutions
- Extensive working experience with clear understanding of CRM systems and Consumer Banking business
- Strong track record of leading enterprise, large scale and/or cross-functional projects in a dynamic and complex environment
- Extensive experience in IT system review, design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices
- Experience in working with senior leaders in the organisation, as well
as external partners (e.g. IT vendors) and facilitate change within a function/ IT environment
- Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment
