**About the role**:
The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the company's SHE standards are met in the production plant and maintenance programs are properly adhered to. The Supervisor will also be the custodian and manager of company assets in the production plant.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide Safety leadership
- Management of Standard Groups
- Site risk management, identification and investigation
- Personnel and contractor/vendor management.
- Audits (Checkpoint & Self-Assessment)
- Develop and maintain site emergency plans
- Assurance of operations (procedures and processes)
- Compliance with local regulations
- Management of safety, environmental and improvement plans in SHE
- Management of regulatory documents - import, export and licenses
- Support Logistics and Sales team to meet customer’s needs

**What you will bring**:

- Sound technical understanding of manufacturing activities.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- At least 5 years of experience in supervising manufacturing activities
- Experience in handling dangerous goods would be an advantage
