**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive NFT strategy that aligns with our brand's values and vision, bringing together the world of gemstone and digital collectibles.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end NFT projects, working closely with artists, developers, legal experts, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Plan and execute NFT auctions and sales events, creating buzz and demand for our digital gemstone assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the NFT space, exploring innovative ways to enhance the value and collectibility of our NFT offerings.
- Monitor and analyze NFT sales, trends, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize our NFT strategy.
- Engage and cultivate a community of gemstone enthusiasts, collectors, and NFT enthusiasts, fostering meaningful interactions through social media, forums, and other channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, or digital media (master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field. Experience in China/Hong Kong Market will be added advantage
- Demonstrated experience in NFT management, digital asset management, or related roles, preferably within the gemstone or luxury industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the NFT ecosystem.
- Knowledge of NFT marketplaces, platforms, and industry best practices, with a focus on the gemstone sector.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Passion for the intersection of art, gemstone, and digital innovation.
