Deployment Executive

**Requirements & Qualification**
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, engineering, or computer science or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience or similar role is required for this position.
- Advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing complex projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing project management processes and tools, such as project templates, risk management processes, and performance metrics, to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Developing and implementing a project management methodology that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives and provides a structured approach to project delivery.
- Establishing project governance processes and policies, including project approval and decision-making processes, to ensure that projects are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Assisting with the management of project resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Developing and maintaining project reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with regular updates on project status and performance.
- Identifying and managing project risks, including developing risk management plans, monitoring, and reporting on risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards, through the development and implementation of quality management processes and procedures.
- Preparing project status reports that provide an overview of the project's progress, including milestones, budget, and risks.
- Providing project performance analysis: Conducting regular analysis of project performance, including metrics such as cost and schedule, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Developing and delivering training and workshops to help clients build their skills and knowledge in project management and other relevant areas.

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
