Roles and Responsibilities
- Day-To-Day Studio Management
- Assist with the management of studio and operational matters in TRIBE studio with priority and good sense of judgement.
- Assist with any private / special events and campaigns happening at the studio and outside the studio.
- Build and foster relationships in the studio with TRIBE instructors and the community.
- Maintain TRIBE studios' quality of aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture.
- Studio cleaning and prepping, including cleaning of exercise equipment and fight gears.
- Customer Service Management
- Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to members, greeting and assisting members with bookings, packages or other matters, and responding to customers’ inquiries and feedback, whilst also providing support to TRIBE instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
- Resolve issues and members’ complaints pertaining to class and user experience in a positive and timely manner. And most importantly able to confidently manage conflict in high pressure situations.
- Demonstrate a solution oriented mindset and ability to execute within TRIBE standards in any situation.

- Has excellent communication skills with good command of English, and be able to work with a wide range of personalities.
- Has the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - weekend, public holidays, early weekday morning, midday, late evening.
