Pet Care Assistant

To provide a high standard customer service
- To follow all SOP on delivering the standard quality of service
- To be involved in cash handling
- To assist in keeping the sop premises clean and tidy
- To positively contribute to team working in the shop
- To perform grooming session & housekeeping of cat hotel followed by SOP
- To guarantee the cats in custody are safe and comfortable
- To take serious responsibility on service quality
- To help leaders achieve desirable target
- Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues
- To assist cat parents/ customers in choosing the right product for their cats and how to take care of their cats
- To ensure all items received from suppliers are properly counted and accurate.
- To assist in monthly stock checking and quarterly stock take
- To assist in posting of products & services provided by GGK on social media (FB, Instagram, others)
- To follow instructions from superior / Supervisor /Area Manager/ Top Management/ Directors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
