Job Responsibilities:
- Assist IT staff in providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems.
- Respond to user inquiries and requests, log support tickets, and track their status through the helpdesk system.
- Help with network maintenance tasks such as cable management, setting up network devices, and ensuring network connectivity.
- Assist in data entry, data migration, and data management tasks within IT systems and databases.
- Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Help maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Learn to diagnose and resolve basic IT issues independently and escalate more complex problems to senior staff.
- Actively participate in learning opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks assigned by the IT team to support departmental operations.
