About The Job

This role is an essential operational role which entails working with different departments, events, suppliers and participants to deliver quality experience

These are some things you will have a hand in but not limited to:

- Project Management
- Customer Support and Development
- Logistics and Operations
- Event Support and Coordination
- Organizational Operations and Discussions

**Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels.
- Work with the Customer Support team and the development for improving Customer Support.
- Analyse data to inform on improvement, ensuring feedback is presented to Manager.
- Handle customers’ concerns positively and professionally.
- Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels when necessary.
- Work with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support.

**Operations and Logistics**:

- Work together with the Events team to plan and execute logistics and operations, to ensure timeline of delivery of items are adhered to.
- Proactively ensuring event operations are executed to a high quality standard and within the agreed budgets.
- Assist with management, packing and distribution of event items via courier service.
- Assist with the management of individual event budgets in line with the overall events budget, seeking opportunities to minimize expenditure without compromising event quality.
- Liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute logistics.

Other ad hoc tasks supporting the Events Team if and when needed. Perform duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

**; Requirements**: - Interested in event management, specifically in logistics and operations, and enjoy managing different people and tasks to ensure that the event is successful and a memorable one
