Draughtsman / Drafter

Responsibilities:

- Provide and develop sales quotations based on proposed designs
- Present design ideas on space planning and SketchUp
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion
- Follow up leads in a timely manner
- Project supervision & cost negotiation
- Generate steady and constant sales income
- Prepare proper documentation for submission to relevant authorities

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in sales.
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Good spoken and written in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Possess own car.
- Willing to travel.
- Experience in interior design / furniture and renovation work.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage deadlines.
- A team player as well as ability to work independently.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Good networking in the industry.
- Familiarity with the interior design industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
