**Primary Objective**:

- Understand premier customer journey of affluent and wealth customers to support premier RM
- Ethnographic research to understand customer /Premier RM pain points & market intelligence of competitor incentive payout/ organisation structure / competitor sales
- To Engage key customers, ie RSH/ CM/ RM & other internal /external key stakeholders
- To monitor /tracking compliance requirements
- To support and execute business operational tasks / Sales tracking /sales pipelines/ licensing / system related matter
- To support the growth of premier customer base by monitoring of Onyx leads
- T support the premier client event related activities / pre and post event
- To coordinate the RM/CM training
- To provide support in terms of sales planning, product and sales

training, product/administration support and services, deliver and manage
- feedback from Sales

Compiling RM/CM/RSH meeting slides and material /RM On board slides

**Key Responsibilities**:
To execute support services/ tracking of sales within timeline.

To support the assigned operational works related to Affluent and Wealth business as well as Community Banking implementation which includes, but not limited to:

- Affluent and Wealth sales
ii. Tracking report compilation (Eg. sales staffs activity report/DAR for Premier RM)
iii. Prepare and disseminate Premier sales related report to nationwide regions
iv. Progress tracking and follow-up of Community Banking program /A&W sales related activities
v. Community event / A&W sales, event, training & licensing & leads management & follow up on incentive payout/ ROE/sales figures differ

To assist in general administrative works, eg. Documnet safekeeping / filing & extract data from productivity/BSC/ Revenue/ PIP Report

Job function assigned from Head from time to time arising from new project/ initiative
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Preferably degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Marketing//Sales Administration.

Minimum 2-3 year working experience in operational/administrative handling and execution, preferably in managing Wealth products support and Premier customer's portfolio.

Good interpersonal, written & communication skills.

Proficient in Excel / word & power point / zoom & TEAM usage

Understanding of banking/financial operations & process

Self-motivated & result-oriented

Possess ability to work under pressure & deliver on time
