We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Banquet Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Assistant Banquet Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Banquet Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing flawless banquet events. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach will contribute to ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Banquet Manager to plan and execute banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Assist in overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown, to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as culinary, service, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and execution of events.
- Manage banquet staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising, to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure all expectations are met or exceeded.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive and proactive approach to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of banquet supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Monitor event expenses and assist in budget management to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and providing additional services to clients.
