1. Task Coordination:

- Monitor and report on the progress of tasks assigned to various departments, ensuring timely completion and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings related to project progress, task completion, and operational bottlenecks.
- Utilize project management tools to track task statuses and report discrepancies or delays to senior management.

2. Project Involvement:

- Assist in various strategic projects across different departments to gain hands-on experience in project planning and execution.
- Provide analytical and research support to ongoing projects and initiatives within the company.

3. Feedback and Improvements:

- Regularly provide feedback on task coordination processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in the development and refinement of task coordination tools and methodologies.

4. Performance Reporting:

- Prepare and present reports on personal progress and the status of tasks and projects they are involved with to the executive team.
- Evaluate and reflect on the experiences gained in each department to improve personal performance and contribute to the company’s objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with great CGPA grading.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
- A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and contribute to various departments.

**Career Development**:

- The role is designed as a developmental path towards leadership positions within the company. The trainee is expected to take on managerial responsibilities upon successful completion of the program.
- The trainee will work closely under the supervision of senior management and is expected to achieve a high standard of performance and professional growth.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
