Bim Modeller Drafter

BIM Modeller/draftsman is responsible for all model development, 2D and 3 drawing of projects in Building Management System (BMS), Energy Power Monitoring System (EPMS), Cooling Management System (CMS) during the construction phase.

Below are the key responsibilities:

- Model Development, construction, documentation, and production techniques
- Prepare and update Revit Model (Coordination Drawing)
- Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawing and as-built
- Create Revit families with parameters as per project specific
- Prepare and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
- Assist the project and other department on drawing documentation and etc
- Attend to site for the coordination meeting for drawings related
- Panel single line drawing
- Overall network schematic drawing
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

To be successful, you must satisfy the following requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering or Professional Certificate in Autocad/Revit software
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, specializing in one or more of the following disciplines: Mechanical, or Electrical.
- Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
- Good communication and interaction skills to perform and support in project BIM coordination work.
- Good knowledge and well verse in Autodesk cad software and BIM software / tools. (Example: Autocad & Autodesk Revit)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office product. (Example: Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent, good team player and technologically forward-looking.
- Required to travel to outstation (if any)

To gain an added advantage, you must satisfy the following requirements:

- Experience in Autodesk Docs, Autodesk Collaborate Pro
- Professional Certificate in Autocad/Revit software

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
