**Vacancy**:
- 2 vacancies available in Puchong
- 1 vacancy available in Bandar Bukit Tinggi Klang
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to prepare sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation for subsale transaction.
- To monitor and complete the subsale transaction from beginning until the end
- Familiar with all banks requirement in loan execution, advises and their SOP for subsale transaction
- Actively update clients and all related parties on the file status
- Maintaining good communication and a positive working relationship with all stakeholders
- Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm
**Requirements**:
- Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or a member of the Malaysian Bar
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Great interpersonal and leadership skill
- Preferably able to start immediately or short notice.
- Mandarin speaker as the working environment needed.
Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
