To supervising, reviewing and monitoring operation performance - To developing and supervising all preventive maintenance for environment equipment - To performing scheduled inspection tours of all electrical. - Responsible for the operation and condition of the electrical switch board,transformers,standby generator and Low Tension electricians and equipment. - Responding to all emergency situations and performing tasks necessary for the wellbeing. - To planning and performing corrective and preventive maintenance. - To planning, implementing and coordinating automated office and building control systems for optimum performance of equipment. - Able to operate SITE SCAN Monitoring System. - Organized and inspection panel switch board, safety switches and Power factor. - Conduct and inspection of substation equipment. - Controlling the contractor while performing the power up the server. To ensure that there is no supply disruption and to ensure the contractor is in compliance with the rules and to control the server room temperature conditions
