- Minimum 1 year of content moderation related experience

- Fast learner and independent
**Skills**
- Minimum bi-lingual proficiency.
- Language proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
- Related experience is strongly preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven experience as corporate trainer in the customer service industry
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training
- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will be an
asset
- Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities
**Responsibilities**:

- Design effective training programs.
- Prepare training materials.
- Conduct training and refreshers.
- Support and mentor new employees.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor, analyse & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends.
- Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA.
