Account Assistant

Klang, Malaysia PTSMS LOGISTICS SDN BHD Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks as directed by the companies accountant.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- To assist present company part-time account for reconcile bank statements and vendors/ clients statement.
- Assist with part-time accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and following up on outstanding balances.
- Call customers to follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.
- Help to prepare financial reports and other analyses as needed.
- Maintained softcopy & hardcopy files and records in an organized and efficient manner.
- Provide support to other team members in our organization as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or LCCI in accounting or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable communicating skills with customers and able to maintain a professional and courteous demeanour

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)
