**Job Responsibility**
- Responsible for handling front office duties, including greeting guests and answering the phone.
- Handle hotel booking guests, express check-in and check-out. And cash-handling responsibilities.
- Provides courteous services to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries.
- Maintain customer service standards
- Must posses at least SPM.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
- Communicate well in both Bahasa Inggeris and Bahasa Malaysia, added additional languages an advantage
- Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays
- Must be willing to working on the night shift
- Training will be provided.
- Age from 17-35 Years olds.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: RM300.00 - RM800.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
