IT Specialist

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Maintaining Internet systems, telephone system, CCTV, and office appliances and machines to ensure smooth functioning.
- Liaise with vendors for IT and/or ICT operating system, hardware, software, server systems, networks, multipurpose printers, website, CCTV, etc.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structure.
- Create, maintaining and keeping record of IT assets and/or ICT documentation & inventories.
- Troubleshooting and responsible for daily end-users’ support on hardware and software technical problems within reasonable timeframe in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
- Perform IT equipment purchase arrangement, recommendation for computer / IT system purchase.
- Monitoring and maintaining all computers’ hardware and software related licenses and etc.
- Evaluate and identify enhancement of operating controls, internal controls, systems and related processes.
- Planning for future enhancement, suggesting IT upgrade solutions to the Management.
