**Position: Customer Service Exec (IT) (Client Success Department)**
**Location: Putrajaya**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
- Ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their success with our products or services.
- Understand their needs, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet those needs.
- Retain and grow our client base by delivering exceptional service and value.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT background) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the industry and the company's products or services.

**Remuneration packages**:
Basic: RM 2,800.00 (Can be Higher based on experience, can go up to RM5000 for someone from the relevant industry)

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

**Working Days**:

- **9:00 am - 6:00 pm**_
- **Break time: 1:00 pm-2:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm (Fri)**_

Further important information:

- There are 2 Divisions within the Dept i.e. Customer Service and Onboarding.
- Onboarding involves visiting the client's side for user training and running the system through with the users (frequency, once every 3 months or so).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
