**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Assist in preparing administrative documents and support other related administrative jobs.
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into company system
- Conducting research and generate list on potential clients or industries
- To assist incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in data management by collect quality and accurate data from relevant parties.
- Assist in project development and record project progress.
- Some other assignments and ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
- Make sales calls to prospects and existing customers
- Assist the sales manager in scheduling meetings and appointments with customers

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- **Good communication skill and reporting skill.**:

- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills, integrity and high degree of commitment.
- **Good communication with both verbal and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia)**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required. - Fresh grad are encouraged to apply.
- Multitasking and good time management skills, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to work in Ipoh.
