1.0 Reporting
i. Update GL listing & Payment Listing
ii. Attend to internal/external audit & tax request
iii. Prepare month end journal entry for both KPS and KIP REIT accounts
iv. Updated audit schedule such as Depreciation, Prepayment & accrual
v. To monitor below clearing and Advances from tenants
vi. Prepare bank and supplier reconciliation

2.0 Operation
vii. Key in Invoice and prepared payment voucher for (payment to supplier, utilities, Quit rent, assessment, deposit refund)

3.0 Others:
viii. Any other tasks assigned by superior on ad hoc basis;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 0-6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 2 years (preferred)
