**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve company goals.
- Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients or within the team.
- Communicate effectively with management and executives, presenting reports and strategic plans.
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and delegate tasks effectively.
- Experience working with management and executives, presenting reports, and strategic planning.
- Proficient in preparing tender documentation and managing the tender process.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
