Intership Store

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Greet and engage customers, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Learn about the store's product offerings and assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking shelves.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts, including arranging displays and ensuring product availability.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Learn and follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to assist in store opening and closing procedures.
- Help track and analyze sales data, customer preferences, and trends.
- Learn about customer relationship management and techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and contribute to maintaining accurate records.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field).
- Strong interest in retail operations, customer service, and store management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of retail concepts and customer-centric mindset (experience is a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
