**1.0 Events Management**:
i. Assist HOD on budget, A&P planning

ii. Assist HOD on correspondence - proposal, PR and etc

iii. Assist for weekly program participation, preparation

iv. Coordinator for weekly program participation, preparation & prizes

v. Deejay, emcee, announcement and paging

vi. P.A system set up, trouble shooting, & volume control

vii. Weekend event highlight while broadcasting

viii. Always remind graphic artist when monthly event exceed to the end of month

**2.0 Advertising**:
i. Update all information board around complex

ii. Assist HOD/Graphic Artist on tenant promotional activities

iii. Assist HOD on planning, follow up and execute complex / stage decoration

iv. Support tenant publicity internally by announcement, public awareness, and other related medium of publicity

v. Installation, update and monitoring every banner and bunting surrounding Mall

**3.0 Others**:
i. Any other tasks assigned by HOD on ad hoc basis;
ii. Daily work progress reporting to HOD/ASM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
