Sales Merchandiser

**Role: Sales and Merchandiser**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales and Merchandiser, your primary role will be to drive sales growth and enhance product visibility through eective merchandising strategies. You will collaborate closely with both sales and marketing teams to ensure our products are presented attractively and available for customers in various retail locations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Merchandising Strategy**:Develop and execute creative merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

2. **Store Relationships**:Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sta, ensuring optimal product placement and collaboration.

3. **Product Display**:Ensure appealing and consistent product displays in stores, aligning with brand guidelines.

4. **Stock Management**:Collaborate with sales teams to maintain proper inventory levels, timely restocking, and accurate pricing.

5. **Sales Target Achievement**:Work towards achieving sales targets by actively promoting products, suggesting promotions, and upselling where appropriate.

6. **Market Analysis**:Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to adapt merchandising strategies accordingly.

8. **Reporting**:Provide regular reports on stock levels, sales performance, and the eectiveness of merchandising eorts to management.

11. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and health and safety standards during merchandising activities.

12. **Feedback Loop**: Gather feedback from customers, store sta, and sales teams to continuously rene merchandising strategies.

13. **Innovation**:Identify new opportunities for merchandising improvements and creative product placement.

14. **Problem Solving**:Address any issues related to product availability, display quality, or customer inquiries promptly.

In this role, your dynamic blend of sales and merchandising expertise will contribute to elevating the brand's presence, increasing sales, and fostering positive customer experiences. Your ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution will be essential in achieving success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
