**JOB VACANCY - IT SUPPORT (PROTÉGÉ)**
- Work location: Kota Damansara
- Protégé Allowance: MYR2,000.00/ month
- Starting date: Immediately
- Period: Twelve (12) months

**Key duties/ responsibilities**

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer

Has knowledge in network types such LAN and WAN

Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Keep record of problems and customers solution

Follow-up with customers

Reporting base on projects

**Job Requirements**

Bachelor's degree with honours in Networking/ System or equivalent

Good in oral and written communication skills

Good presentation and customer-facing skills

Able to execute tasks independently with minimize supervision

Able to multi-task and deliver within timeline

Possess own transport (compulsory) as well as must be willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:
