Training of local operators in operating the specific pelletizing machine which the specialist are skilled in. These training includes operation of the machine software system, changing of the filters, handling of the plastic threads from extruder to cutting machines, and operation of the auxiliary machine (e.g., extruder, and vacuum pump). ii. Ensure the local operators followed the proper SOP when operating the machines. iii. Selection of local potentials as the leader for the specific productions lines.
