Position: Fragrance Specialist (International fragrance brand)
**Benefits**:
Share Commission - RM1200 - 1800
Personal Commission - RM500 - 1000
FSS Allowance - RM200 - 400
Annual Wage Supplement - 1 month of basic salary (upon confirmation)
Free Cosmetics - RM1650/ quarterly
Working Days 5 days / week
OT claim - Entitled capped at RM4,000 basic salary calculation
Job Scope:
- Ensuring a welcoming environment for client in the store
- Sharing with the client his/her knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients
- Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing the products
- Building client database by gathering all client information
- Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests
- To drive commercial and achieve the sales target allocated
- Up keeping the maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room)
- Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales
- Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
