**Position**: Contract Administrator (Quantity Surveyor)
**Area**: Jelutong, Penang

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Certificate
- Minimum 1 year’ experience in project tender preparation
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu
- Additional advantage if able to read CAD drawings

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Contract manager in analyzing tender documents to understand requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
- Assist Contract manager in preparing accurate and comprehensive tender documents, ensuring compliance with outlined requirements.
- Assist to ensure that the tender response complies with all the specified requirements, guidelines, and submission instructions.
- Assist to manage the tender submission timeline to ensure that all elements of the proposal are completed and submitted on time.
- Maintain a centralized database of tender opportunities, responses, and outcomes
- Prepare precise and detailed quotations based on customer needs and specifications.
- Organize and record all quotations, including versions, revisions, customer communication, and status updates.
- Generate invoices accurately based on sales orders, service contracts, and other agreements.
- Coordinate and record meeting minutes of pre and post tender ( Including project handover)

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project tender: 1 year (preferred)
