**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performing Repairs**: Conducting minor repairs on various equipment, fixtures, and structures.

**Routine Maintenance**: Regularly inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.

**Carpentry Work**: Performing basic carpentry tasks such as installing shelves, cabinets, and repairing wooden structures.

**Plumbing and Electrical Tasks**: Handling minor plumbing and electrical repairs, such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and outlets.
