**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and process accurate payroll for plantation workers, ensuring timely and correct payment of wages and related benefits.
- Maintain and update worker records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
- Verify and reconcile timesheets, leave records, and other supporting documents for accurate payroll processing.
- Generate regular reports related to payroll, attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data as required by management.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software or systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates in Diploma in Plantation / Planting Management / Account or relevant are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and data entry, preferably in an agricultural or plantation setting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet payroll deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact with estate’s staff and workers.
