**Job Summary**:
To maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to ensure all machines and equipment are in good running condition and ready for production use. Daily support to Operation for machine or equipment break down.
- Responsible to ensure that TPM is conducted (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc) for all machines and equipment to production technicians.
- Responsible to ensure that spare parts and consumables of the machines and equipment are available to prevent any long break down.
- Perform a multi-disciplined technical tasks to deliver incremental improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Maintain and record equipment data and history records to predict maintenance machine.
- Perform electrical related tasks in order to comply with Malaysia Power Grid Department of Malaysia known as Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)’s requirements.
- Serve as in-house consultant to develop technical specification for modification and improvement related to facility and equipment (F&E).
- Coordinate with various stakeholder for general waste and scheduled waste collection and disposal.
- Perform energy saving activity once facility in steady state and operational mode

**Job Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Able to read and write in English.
- Experience in logistics/warehouse field.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Knowledge in SAP is added advantage.
- Knowledge/experience in Dangerous Goods handling.
- Experience in a similar role within the aviation industry, preferably in a maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility or aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Valid forklift license.
- An appreciation for the HSE requirements of working in a warehousing/logistics environment.
