Job Scope:

- Oversee all aspects of the construction site, including material deliveries, gen worker scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage and motivate a workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve problems that arise on the site.
- Monitor project progress and report to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- May perform basic first aid in the event of an emergency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in construction
- Willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
