Inhouse Videographer

We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Videographer and Photographer with a focus on video editing to join our dynamic team. As the primary visual storyteller for our company, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing compelling video content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our audience across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, tutorials, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including equipment setup, lighting, sound, and post-production editing.
- Edit and enhance raw footage to create engaging and polished videos that meet our brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and video editing techniques.
- Maintain and organize an extensive library of video assets for future use.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in visual branding across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Solid understanding of cinematography principles, lighting techniques, and composition.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in film production, digital media, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
