**Requirements**:
2) Good working attitude, willing to learn and share knowledge.
3) Have good communication skills and positive attitude.
4) Computer literate.
**Job Scope**:
1) Assist lawyers to prepare and handle legal documentations including sub-sale matter, perfection of transfer and charge, post auction cases and other conveyancing matters.
2) Follow up with banks, government bodies and related parties;
3) Preparing relevant forms / correspondence documents related with loan / SPA
4) Ensure to complete any task / file given within the stipulated time
5) Other clerical work such as photocopying, scanning, preparing outgoing mailings etc.
**Salary**: From RM1,200.00 per month
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
