**Tugas Kerani Admin**

1. Menguruskan fail dan rekod syarikat, termasuk penyimpanan dan pemulihan dokumen.

2. Mengemas kini dan menyelenggara pangkalan data syarikat.

3. Komunikasi dan Koordinasi dengan baik

4. Menjawab panggilan telefon, menguruskan surat-menyurat, dan mengendalikan komunikasi e-mel.

5. Menyusun jadual mesyuarat direktor dan tarikh2 penting syarikat.

6. Menguruskan bekalan pejabat, termasuk pembelian dan penyimpanan stok alat tulis dan peralatan.

6. Memantau penggunaan bekalan pejabat dan memastikan stok mencukupi.

7. Memberi sokongan pentadbiran kepada staf dan pengurusan, termasuk penyediaan dokumen dan bahan pembentangan.

8. Menguruskan perjalanan dan penginapan untuk kakitangan syarikat.

9. Mengemaskini sistem pengurusan maklumat syarikat dan memastikan data adalah tepat dan terkini.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
