**Requirements**
- Have at least Certificate or Diploma/Degree in related field.
- Experience at least 3 Years of all bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and bakery equipment.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.
- Have an attractive personality and can communicate well
- Age 22 years and above
- Have a strong interest in retail
- Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status
- Attractive personality, energetic and positive behavior

**Responsibility**
- To supervise the daily work in the bakery department which includes merchandise display, baking, table work and any other work directly involved in the bakery.
- To train new staff on the various work/method involved in the pastries, cakes and bread makin.
- To conduct follow up training to expose staff to new methods or products on baking to enhance their product knowledge.
- To oversee the staff on their work and to correct/teach them if necessary.
- To delegate the various work/method involved in the bakery to the staff accordingly.
- To be directly involved in merchandise control of the bakery department.
- To plan on what items to be made and in whar quatities they are to be prepared for the next day.
- Responsiboe for archieving the sales traget for the department and the variiou method to achieve this means.
- To administer the store staff discipline based on the disciplinary guidelines and policies of the Company.
- Responsible for the amount of products to be made and the introduction of promotional products to be launched throughout the year. Particular attention should be paid to promotional days and festivals e.g Chinese New Year, Mother day, Hari Raya and etc
- To maintain the high standard of our product through quality control. This involves checking the products before releasing it for sale.
- To keep track of the fast/slow moving products and to make future production based on the information.
- To be responsible for any documentation involved in the bakery for record purpose. E.g. record of the exact quantity of merchandise which has been produced so that the total sales can be derived and losses detected for the exact area.
- To ensure that the documented recipes to follow are updated.
- To manage proper control of the raw material used in the department.
