We are currently seeking an experienced Clubhouse Manager/ Assistance Manager to join our team at i-Privilege Club. As the Manager/ Assistance Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team to manage the clubhouse effectively. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing club performance while delivering exceptional member experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality standards.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and meeting member needs.

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain members.

Monitor and analyze club performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Leads event team to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives

Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to optimize financial performance.

Updating senior management, managing branding and communication.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the industry, preferably in private club, hospitality operations and event management environment.

Service oriented style with professional presentations skills

Excellent communication and marketing skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Willing to work shifts schedule and weekends

**Work arrangements**
- **Shift Work 1**_

Mon - Fri : 9:00am - 6:00pm

Sat : 9:00am - 1:00pm

Lunch Break : 1:00pm - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 3:00pm
- **Shift Work 2**_

Mon - Fri : 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Sat : 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Lunch Break : 4:00pm - 5:00pm or 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Note: This position does not require managerial experience, but a solid background in the industry and a commitment to excellence are essential. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
