Sales Cashier

Job Description/Responsibilities: - Cashiers have many vital duties in retail-based establishments. They are responsible for processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to customers as they leave with their purchases. Cashiers also handle additional items necessary, such as coupons, while providing an excellent customer service experience. Greet the customer once they walk-in. Taking the order from Customer. Assisting the customer on explaining the Company products variance and its ingredients and recommends which is more closes to their preference. Handling the payment set or buying process cashless/online. Promote and assisting the customer's once they lodge order online. Order arrangement, pack and deliver to customers' whether thru online or direct or calls. Assisting at other areas upon superior requirements as well as other tasks assigned from time to time. Job Specification/Requirements: - Possess SPM or equivalents. Capable and knowledgeable on handling the online apps such as Lazada, WOW-Shop or Shopee or similar selling platform. Familiar with sales products promoting. Possess high integrity, positive mind-set and willing to work in a team works environment. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft office.
