Plan, schedule, and manage workforce to meet daily production/casting targets.
- Monitor production processes for safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with QA/QC Department to maintain product quality.
- Identify root causes of production problems and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with store/purchasing staff.
- Prepare daily casting reports and conduct toolbox meetings.
- Ensure workers are adequately trained for their tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe production environment.
- Identify and report unsafe practices, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Perform other job functions as assigned and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- **Minimum 2 years related experience in Precast Concrete manufacturing.**:

- Knowledge in concrete repair & safety regulations is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in basic computer is required.
- **Ability to work 6 days per week.**:

- **Must be willing to work in Beranang.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
