Executive, Land & Property Management at land & property division enroll the work on overall property management task involving documentation ad record of tenancy, legal, collection (rental) and rental. With excellent communication and coordiantion skills as a parties to liase between the end users with the related parties (maintenance, vendors, owners and etc) as to accomplish the tasks / work entrust. 1. Able to lead the team members and checking on all their work and performance as given. 2. Regular update and checking on all database prepare by team members. 3. Prepare summary on overall management report on company performance. 4. Prepare all record on maintenance complain received for maintenance team uses. 5. Able to communicate to end users (tenants) regarding any issues arises, update and appointment. 6. Communicate with other related parties involve in the operation of company - financial institutions, management offices, developers, local authorities and etc. 7. Basic knowledge on legal documents and action needed. 8. Able to work with different team / division - administration, maintenance, finance, property development and property management. 9. Coordinate on filling and documentation filling and record system. 10. Able to lead and checking on marketing and advertisement of all properties.
