**Responsibilities**:
- To handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, complaints and inquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally
- To program and activate access cards for new tenants
- To register the visitor’s name and details and issue them with a visitor’s card
- To collect visitors’ cards from the slotter and fill it up in the kiosk machine
- To handle opening and sorting mail and collecting and distributing parcels
- To ensure tenants have switched off the lights and air conditioner in the gym room and lactation room, after using the rooms To assist the Assistant - Administration in filling works, paper works & data entry, as and when required
**Job Requirement**:
- Diploma holder in any relevant fields
- Pleasant personality
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
