About the **role,** you need to:

- Ensure store opening, closing and sales transaction
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
- Communicating with customers in-person regarding the customers needed
- Listening to customers' concern and handling complaints and returns products
- Giving detailed explanations of services and products

To fulfill the **requirements, **you have to:

- At least 1 year of working experience in Fashion/Sports Apparel, or any related field
- Be patience, empathy and professionalism
- Good problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
- Good communication skills with basic knowledge in English and Bahasa Malaysia including written and verbal communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
